Join chef Amy for a fun and informative hand’s on class where you’ll learn how to make and roll delicious veggie loaded sushi. With chef Amy’s guidance you’ll prepare a variety of plant-based sushi rolls with fillings including smokey portobello, baked sweet potato, avocado, cucumber & more. You’ll also learn how to make your own miso soup and decadent spicy mayo to drizzle on top of your sushi. All recipes are vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
