I love to inspire positive change and promote healthier lifestyles.  My culinary and nutrition training has taught me so much, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I'd be happy to create tailored health and wellness keynotes, presentations, workshops, team building experiences, or interactive culinary lessons for your group or workplace.

Past events have included:

  • Keynote speeches at corporate retreats or conferences to energize and motivate staff to rethink their approach to health and wellness.

  • Lunch and learns or workshops on a variety of nutrition topics such as food and its impact on mood, eating for energy and mental clarity, managing stress and avoiding burnout, which foods to focus on (and which to avoid), gut health and the benefits of fermented foods, and more!

  • Interactive cooking demonstrations where participants can watch, learn and ask questions and, most importantly, try samples after!

  • Hands-on cooking lessons where participant work together to make a healthy, wholesome plant-based meal.
