Join me for a Latin-inspired evening!  On the (vegan and gluten-free) menu:

• Leafy Green Salad with cilantro lime dressing & pepitas
• Butternut squash & bean enchiladas with avocado cashew sour cream

This class will be mostly demonstration-based, and includes the opportunity to interact and ask questions. It is being held in a commercial kitchen - some "helpers" will be selected to assist with the process.
