Join plant-based chef and registered holistic nutritionist, Amy Longard, for a series of online cooking lessons designed to teach you how to make nutritious and delicious plant-based meals.

These lessons were recorded during the beginning months of the covid-19 pandemic with the goal teaching participants how to use basic, inexpensive foods that they likely have in their fridge, freezer or pantry and to teach new culinary skills that would benefit them during social distancing and beyond. 

Recipes include: Hearty White Bean Stew, Veggie Lasagna, Cabbage Roll Stew, Maple Stovetop Beans, and Quinoa Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili. These hearty, filling plant-based recipes (all of which have gluten free options) are perfect for anyone looking to increase their intake of veggies and gain an understanding of practical plant forward nutrition. 

Each recipe includes a grocery list (including swaps & substitutions) to simplify your trip to the grocery store and the accompanying cooking video where Amy will walk you through every step of the process, share tidbits of nutritional information, cooking tips, and plenty of suggestions on how to modify recipes for allergies or personal preferences.
