This nutrition plan will kick-start your health and wellness through 1-on-1 coaching, personalized diet advice, tailored recipes, meal planning, and more.
Starting with an initial 60-minute health assessment, in which I will review your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. In bi-weekly follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs. This is a great option for those looking to refine their diet or to get started on their wellness journey.
This plan includes:
- 60-minute health assessment (in person, via Skype, or phone)
- Two (2) bi-weekly 60-minute follow-up sessions (via Skype)
- Personalized recipes, meal planning ideas and applicable reference material
- Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations
- E-mail support between sessions
