For starters, I’ll demonstrate how to prepare a delicious creamy kale and mushroom soup. As a main course, I will teach you how to make kale & hemp heart pesto, which will be served with brown rice noodles and topped with crispy kale chips. Finally, for dessert you’ll enjoy a lemony cashew kale cheesecake that’ll knock your socks off! All recipes are vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
