Join me for an interactive class where you’ll learn how to make desserts that are low in sugar, dairy free, egg free, and gluten free, yet surprisingly delicious and easy to prepare. Together with your classmates, you’ll be making cocoa-nutty bites (a sunflower seed butter & cocoa-based dessert), homemade Turtles, lemony cashew cheesecake with raspberry sauce, raw brownies, and chocolate chip banana bread. You’ll learn tons of tips and tricks from me on how to modify traditional desserts to make them healthier, without compromising taste! All recipes are vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
