  • 1 hour program launch webinar covering everything in the program guide

  • Grocery shopping simplified thanks to weekly plant-based and (mostly) gluten free recipes and grocery lists

  • Weekly webinars to delve deeper into plant-based nutrition and wellness

  • Inspiration and motivation via nutrition information and culinary tips throughout the program

  • Access to the private Facebook group to ask questions, share recipes, learn with other participants and alumni, and help keep you accountable
