This service includes initial consultation, menu planning, grocery shopping, food preparation and heating instructions. Weekly or bi-weekly in-house chef service includes 3 - 4 main courses and applicable side dishes (divided into 4 serving sizes = 16 meals). Meals will be stored in the fridge and freezer.  Breakfasts options, desserts, cut fresh vegetables and salads may be added for an additional fee.

The plant-based meals will be catered to the client's likes, dislikes, dietary requirements, health needs or allergies, and will contain a full compliment of healthy macro-nutrienents. Organic, seasonal and local ingredients will be incorporated where applicable.

Chickpea & cauliflower thai coconut curry soup
Indian dahl with yellow rice

Smokey split pea soup

A two week trial period is offered without commitment. Following the trial period, services are offered on a month to month basis.

Cost: $300 + groceries. Grocery costs will vary depending on the amount and quality of ingredients (likely in the range of $100 to $200).
