Cuddle up around the fireplace with a creamy and detoxifying matcha latte and start-off the day with a Wellness Talk and discussion to learn insights on how to escape the winter blues & keep your immune system strong this Winter. Connect to your inner fire, during an energizing 75 minute yoga practice with Tina Lamontagne as I prepare a delicious plant-based meal filled with nutrients to optimize health during the colder months!

Don’t forget a to bring a knife and cutting board! This wellness expert will guide you into creating your own fire cider to take home. A sweet & spicy tonic drink known for it’s antibacterial, antifungal, decongestant, immune booster, antioxidant and energizing benefits. Close off the day with a warm restorative yoga practice and a cool ending in nature.
