Join chef Amy Longard for a fun class focussed on building your own healthy, plant-based bowl that’ll take your health and Instagram profile to the next level. In this hand’s on class you’ll learn how to make a hearty Southwestern bowl with quinoa, black beans, corn, mixed vegetables, and chipotle tahini dressing. You’ll also try your hand at making a sushi bowl with sticky rice, edamame, nori, and orange ginger dressing. Finally, you’ll learn how to make all that you need to create your own macro bowl with smoked tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, mixed greens, cauliflower rice, and turmeric avocado dressing. All recipes are vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.
