Join chef Amy Longard for a fun class featuring some of 2018’s top foodie trends. Hawaiian Poke Bowls (a hearty, tangy salad bowl) are all the rage, and chef Amy will show you how to make a tasty vegan version featuring roasted beets, edamame, and other savoury seasonings. Since plant-based proteins and Middle Eastern dishes are both trending, chef Amy will make Mujadara (a popular lentil and rice dish) served with tofu sour cream. Finally, to cap off the evening with another big trend for 2018…mocktails! Chef Amy will make a palate cleansing virgin ginger gimlet. All recipes are vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.
