This class is for the vegans, flexitarian or anybody who’s looking to add more vegetables to their diet! Join chef Amy for a fun and informative demonstration style class where you’ll learn a few of her favourite recipe. Enjoy a sweet and savoury appetizer of cashew cream cheese crostini with pomegranate and roasted red pepper hummus and crudités. As a main dish, you’ll enjoy a vegan staple, Tofu Scramble (tofu and vegetable stir fry), with crispy sweet potato hash, and cap off the evening learning how to make your own plant-based milks, first almond milk and then chocolate almond milk. All recipes are vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.
