When we work together, I will create a plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, plant-based whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. STARTER SESSIONS

Starting with an initial 60-minute health assessment,  in which I will review your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. In bi-weekly follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs. This is a great option for those looking to refine their diet or to get started on their wellness journey.

This plan includes:

  • 60-minute health assessment (in person, via Skype, or phone)
  • Two (2) bi-weekly 60-minute follow-up sessions (via in person, via Skype, or phone)
  • Personalized recipes, meal planning ideas and applicable reference material
  • Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations
  • E-mail support between sessions

Investment: $349 + HST

Please note: This plan is valid for a one-month period from the date of our first coaching session.

COMPREHENSIVE COACHING

This is a longer term plan, that will provide the utmost support and the necessary level of guidance needed to start implementing real, long-lasting lifestyle changes.  Over the course of 3 months, I will work closely with you to help you adapt more nutritious foods and healthier lifestyle habits. Starting with an initial health assessment, that includes an overview of your lifestyle and dietary habits, I will create plan designed specifically for you. With a focus on balance, whole foods, and realistic and practical recommendations, your personalized plan will accommodate your likes, dislikes and health goals, while complimenting any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments. In follow-up consultations, we will review and fine-tune your plan to suit your changing dietary and lifestyle needs.

Your personalized nutrition plan will include:

  • 60-minute health assessment (in person, Skype, or phone)
  • Two (2) 60-minute AND four (4) 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up sessions (in person, Skype, or phone)
  • Customized recipes, meal plans and applicable reference material based on dietary requirements
  • Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations
  • E-mail support between sessions

Investment: $749 + HST

Please note: This plan is valid for a three-month period from the date of our first coaching session.

1-HOUR NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

Just getting started is often the hardest part. Whether you want to address a specific health concern, prevent illness, or look and feel your very best, I'm happy to help. Through a 1 hour consultation, including a health assessment and review of your diet and lifestyle, I'll send you off with ideas, suggestions, and pointers to get you started on the path to optimal health.  

The assessment includes:

  • One 60-minute health assessment (in person, via Skype, or phone)
  • Recipe suggestions, advice on meal planning and applicable reference material
  • Nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations

Investment:  $125 + HST
